DUPLEX NOTE This is one unit of a private duplex. Your space is completely self-contained with its own entrance, backyard, and parking. The adjacent unit has a separate entrance and is independently managed. Groups wanting the full property may book both units simultaneously. PEST CONTROL The property is on a regular extermination schedule. If you notice anything unexpected during your stay, message us immediately — we respond within an hour. SECURITY Exterior security cameras at the front and back of the property. No interior cameras.
