Javier is an outstanding host. He was proactive to message me about things he was sorting out to make our stay as smooth as possible, and took care of everything before we arrived. He even had prepared Cuban pastries to welcome us to Miami. The home is both inviting and exciting. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully located, spacious villa. It has a lovely swimming pool with a comfortable seating area. The relaxation room is excellent, featuring a pool table and gaming facilities. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with many amenities. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Javier was a top notch host. He was kind and informative and made sure my family and I are were up to date and felt welcome from the start. We all enjoyed the fun decor and spacious home for our New Years festivities. We'll definitely be rebooking in the summer to take advantage of the gorgeous pool!

Javier and Víctor were so responsive. Quick communication when we needed help. The place was clean and they even left us a nice dessert. They allowed us to check in early as I needed to set up for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We had a hiccup where one of our guest accidentally made a hole in the wall where we explained the situation right away to Javier. His team was easy to work with and we settled the issue right away. I appreciate Javier and Victor’s business.

The place was great! The host was warm and welcoming- left us pastries upon checkin and was very easy to get ahold of. The place is in an easy location if you are venturing to different locations around Miami. It was spacious and the outdoor area was very nice to sun in.

Javier went above and beyond to host me and my group for my bachelorette trip. The house was perfect for a group of 13! Clean, and spacious with a gorgeous backyard, and walking distance to great places in Little Havana! He even went out of his way to accommodate margarita glasses for us. 10/10 recommend for a bachelorette trip space or place to bring a big group!

Javier’s place was perfect for a bachelorette! You are about 12 mins from brickell- it was in a great location! There was plenty of room for all of us- and we all fit comfortably. Javier was such a great host and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

We rented the Gucci house for a friend’s bachelorette party and we had the BEST time! We had 13 girls for 4 nights and everything was great from the amazing pool to ample space for us all to sleep and get ready! We loved taking pics in front of all the theme walls before we went out at night and we spent more time in the pool than we even planned because the weather and the pool temp were just so nice! Javier always responded immediately to questions and had great local recommendations. Highly recommend- I want to plan another girls trip just so we can come back! Also- it’s <15 mins from Miami airport which was also very nice!! Thanks Javier!

We stayed for a long weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying here! The house is amazing and has everything you need for a perfect weekend in Miami. Javier was amazing to work with and made sure we had anything/everything we needed. This is the perfect place for a girls weekend away!
